Led by its Founder and CEO, JJ Jimenez, BD Compass brings nearly fifty years of professional experience in Business Development, Capture Management, and Proposal Management and Development in the Federal market sector. Our domain of expertise includes the departments of State, Homeland Security, Justice (FBI), Transportation (FAA), Housing & Urban Development, Interior, Commerce (NOAA), Agriculture, and Health & Human Services. Having spent nearly ten years in the U.S. Army in the Intelligence Community, Mr. Jimenez also brings practical experience in working with and navigating through the DoD, the Military Services, and all facets of the Intelligence Community.
